FASCIA, SOFFIT & GUTTER

With ETN, the choice is yours when it comes to upgrading your roofline.

A 'clad-over' option is available which means your guttering is removed, and the existing wooden fascia and soffit is simply cladded over with a fresh new plastic look. Any aged or damaged areas are always replaced first. Your new guttering is then installed on to your new fascia. This is a great way to upgrade your home whilst keeping the cost down.

Another option is a 'rip down'. This means all of your existing fascia, soffit and gutter is completely removed, and replaced with new plastic cladding, in the colour and finish options of your choice. Ventilation is always installed in to your new soffits, either as a disc vent, or with a ventilated soffit board.

ETN are able to offer a range of colours such as white, grey, black and brown in either a smooth finish, or a timeless woodgrain effect.

For any properties two stories or more, scaffolding will be erected to your property.
